Timothy Gilbert, B.A. (Laurentian University) 2017, J.D. (Osgoode Hall Law School, York University) 2020, has been with Grechi Carter since June 2021 and is ready to help clients with their residential purchases, sales, and re-financing. He values attention to detail and assisting clients in a timely and conscientious manner. Prior to joining Grechi Carter, Timothy articled and clerked with several firms, acquiring and appreciating the nuances of residential real estate, family law, and wills & estates. During his time at Osgoode, Timothy enjoyed a semester long placement at Parkdale Community Legal Services, assisting clients with disability support applications.
Timothy’s practice centers around all aspects of residential real estate transacting including assignments, private mortgage lending, and reviews of pre-construction Agreements of Purchase and Sale and condominium status certificates. He is also happy to prepare Wills and/or Powers of Attorney for clients. Outside of his practice, Timothy enjoys exploring Toronto, trying new recipes, listening to comedy podcasts to improve his own repertoire, gaming, and theatre.
