Lauren Humphreys

Lauren joined Grechi Carter as an articling student in 2017 before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. As an associate at the firm, Lauren's interpersonal skills and care for her clients help her to excel.

Prior to moving to Ontario, Lauren obtained an Honours degree in English literature and Minors in Classical Studies, Film, and History from Bishops University in Sherbooke, Quebec before returning to her home town of Halifax to pursue her legal education at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie. During her time at Law School, Lauren was a recipient of a Schulich Scholarship, as well as the D.S. & F.L. Coombes Award in Law for her outstanding contributions to her academic and personal communities.

Outside of the law, Lauren enjoys exploring the artistic, cultural, and athletic events throughout Toronto, as well as listening to true-crime podcasts and reading classical literature.
